How much do headshots cost?

We offer 2 types of headshot packages.

  1. Individual Headshots that are 30 minutes, and you get 4 high resolution digital images for $250
  2. Branding Headshot this 45 min session garners 10 images that include traditional headshots along with full body, offering a nice variety in clothing and backgrounds for $500
  3. Group Headshots are done in your office. Each individual gets 15 minutes with the photographer and gets 4 high resolution digital images. Require a minimum of 10 individuals. Groupings of Supervisors, Managers, Directors, C-Suite Officers can also be included. Prices range from $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 depending on number of individuals/groupings needed.

What type of backgrounds do you have?

We have the following on hand, and of course can create just about any background you need.

  • Neutral Gray - solid color
  • White - solid color
  • Black - solid color
  • Dark Gray - solid color
  • Blue/Gray - mottled colors
  • Brown/Tan - mottled colors
  • Blue/Green - mottled colors
  • Blue/Tan - mottled colors
  • Blue/Rust/Brown - mottled colors
  • White/Gray - mottled colors
  • Flags Can be Included

What should I wear for headshots?

Your outfit should match how you dress when you meet clients. We change it up with subtle changes as:

  • Coat on vs. coat off
  • Tie on vs. tie off
  • Sleeves up vs. sleeves down
  • Standing vs. sitting

What is the difference between a headshot and branding?

Headshots are cropped as a:

  • bust crop (about mid chest level)
  • 1/2 body crop (just above the waist)
  • 3/4 body crop (above the knees)
  • Full body


Branding shots usually include tools, products, other items associated with the company. They can also be taken on company property to capture the culture. Many include "negative space" to add logos and messages for advertising

How quickly do I get my headshots?

During the session, you immediately pick out your selections.


We then fully edit those images and delivery them to you in an online gallery within 1-2 business days.


Group Headshots and Branding images are delivered in 5 - 7 business days.

Can you create Legacy Headshots for company founders?

We actually specialize in Legacy Headshots; we call them Master Heirlooms. These images a specifially photographed for print on archival canvas and embellishing with oils and acrylics.


All include our framing or a $250 credit for framing at Nader's Gallery in Shreveport, Louisiana.
